As a mature woman who has travelled solo for many years, I know both the freedom and the challenges that come with independent travel. Wandering Women was built to remove those barriers. Our journeys are thoughtfully curated for women 45+, blending comfort, connection and cultural immersion with the reassurance of travelling in a small, supportive group.

Extended Italy
Spending three nights in Milan sets the perfect tone for our Italian adventure, with a full day devoted to the beauty of Lake Como. From there, we explore the dramatic coastline of the Italian Riviera, including the iconic Cinque Terre. The journey continues to the shimmering gem of Venice, followed by the sensory delights of Florence, where art, history and culture meet at every turn.
Our tour now extends south to Puglia, offering time to discover its striking east coast and charming hinterland. No journey to Italy is complete without experiencing the splendour of the Amalfi Coast, stepping into the ancient worlds of Pompeii and Herculaneum, and finally immersing yourself in the wonders of the Eternal City — Rome.

You have time to yourself to explore as well as being able to enjoy all the exciting organised activities included in each tour. You can share your experiences with a small group of women with similar interests but still have some special private moments of your own.
